TATTOO Aftercare
Always keep in mind that fresh tattoos are open wounds! If you neglect your aftercare routine, you risk infection and/or damage to the artwork. Please read through my instructions carefully and contact me with any questions or concerns!
Tattoo Healing Overview
If this is your first tattoo (or it’s just been a while), here is what to expect during the healing process →
Step-by-Step Instructions
Standard Aftercare
Absorbent Dri-Loc pads, stretchy wrap and tape—pretty standard wound care! This method requires a little more effort than Saniderm but it is better for those with sensitive skin or adhesive allergies.
Saniderm aftercare
Saniderm is a clear, adhesive bandage that protects your tattoo from bacteria and friction. This method may be better for those who are more at-risk of coming into contact with harmful bacteria (travel, pets, jobs, etc).
Aftercare Kits
I have free aftercare kits available! Each kit should last at least 1–2 tattoos, if stored properly (depending on size).
For larger, multi-session tattoos: buying your own aftercare products ahead of time is highly encouraged!

Touch-Ups
I’m happy to offer 1 free touch-up within a year of your appointment; small touch-ups are always free when they’re done at the same time as a new tattoo. After 1 year (without a new tattoo appointment), there is a set-up fee of $50.
If you’d like to schedule a touch-up, please send me an email with pictures attached.
